ProjectLink support ShelterBox disaster relief charity

Cally Williams

ProjectLink are proud to be supporting ShelterBox once again.

The aid Shelterbox supply comes in the form of ShelterBoxes and ShelterKits? The sturdy green ShelterBoxes are sent all around the world in the aftermath of a disaster. They contain family-sized tents specially designed to withstand the elements and provide people with temporary shelter until they are able to start the process of rebuilding a home. ShelterKits contain all of the essential tools people need to start repairing and rebuilding homes straight away. Shelterbox know that a home is much more than bricks and mortar or tarpaulin and tent pegs, so their kits and boxes contain the items that help transform shelter into a home, like cooking sets, solar lights and activity sets for children.

Darren Williams of ProjectLink is pleased to provide support to Shelterbox via their project partners, Rotary International. Working closely with Dave Mussell of Builth Wells Rotarty Club, ProjectLink sponsor their annual golf day. Although Darren and Dave are not very good at playing golf, they are more than happy to hang around the 'nineteenth hole' and congratulate the more players as they arrive back from their 'good walk, spoiled'.
